This small city in the heartland of Brazil doesn't get much attention from your average tourist, but thanks to the lone Ibituruna Mountain, rising high above the plains, paragliders can get up to the smooth, abundant thermals and cruise as far as the eye can see. The rural environment outside of the city provides heaps of places to land and a variety of easy ways to make it back to town. Locals are friendly and there are several vibrant hot spots to frequent after you've secured your best XC flights ever.

This will probably be a first trip to Brazil for many of you, so besides helping you get amazing flights we want to make sure you have the full experience of this wonderful country. We've coupled up with some of our favorite characters from in and out of town to make sure you get to the right places to dine, party, and explore. We're also providing basic Portuguese lessons which will give you a much deeper connection with the people and the spirit of Brazil. For those who want the full blowout, off the chain experience, there is an opportunity to join a small group heading to Carnival in Bahia (the heart and soul of Brazil) after flying G.V.
