ONE DAY INTRODUCTORY LESSON  $250

This course is designed to introduce you to the sport of paragliding. By the end of this class you'll have a general knowledge of the sport, a feel for the paraglider, and the chance to decide if paragliding is for you. The class, which lasts around 5 hours, will introduce you to the equipment, cover flight theory and basic skills, and get your feet off the ground with small controlled flights. All equipment is provided. Since most students in our introductory class are excited about continuing training, we've designed this course so that you can transition seamlessly into our Beginner/Novice certification class, with the cost of the introductory course applied.

BEGINNER – NOVICE CERTIFICATION COURSE   P1- P2    $1975

This P1/P2 certification course will give you all the training and experience you need to become a USHPA certified pilot and confidently fly without supervision. The course includes lessons on flight theory, weather, equipment, and flight specific skills. You'll begin paragliding with small flights on gentle slopes and gradually move up to ridge soaring and circling inside mountain thermals. All gear is provided for the duration of the class and you'll also receive a training manual, flight log, and training syllabus. Students who complete our certification courses will receive exclusive discounts on equipment purchases, travel adventures, and advanced training clinics.

Course Preparation

Students attending on the hill training will be asked to wear ankle supportive shoes and full-length pants. We also suggest that you bring appropriate food and water, and sunscreen.
Classes usually commence in the early mornings, and continue till mid-afternoon, so conditions, and temperatures can vary dramatically. Dressing in layers (e.g. t-shirt, fleece, windbreaker) is recommended.
After your first class we also require that you check weather conditions before arriving on site, a habit you will keep for your entire time as a pilot.


OXYGEN PAY AS YOU GO $170 (4 Class Minimum Purchase)

We at Oxygen are proud to be the first paragliding school to break from the traditional pricing structure of lessons and offer students more control and flexibility.  We realize that some folks progress faster than others and might have previously learned skills coming into our classes.  So we've enacted a complete pay as you go system to meet your needs better.  Take as many classes as you like and learn and grow with each one. When you’ve got your required flights and abilities down, and you feel like you’re ready to fly without our guidance, we’ll sign you off for your P2 rating.  It's that simple. 
A 4 class minimum purchase is required, upon certification any unused class sessions will be refunded in full. With Pay as You go, the cost of our introductory lesson, or Tandem flight can not be applied.

PRIVATE INTENSIVE  $325 per day

Unlike our One Day Intro, P1-P2 package, or "Pay as you Go" program where students are often in a group environment, our private intensive program allows students to work one on one with their instructor. 

ADVANCED SKILLS P3/P4 CERTIFICATION (Free)

Continue progressing in the sport by building the skills that will make you a pilot who can confidently fly mountains, beach, or flat land cross-country sites all around the world.  When you feel like you’re ready for a new rating, and you’ve accumulated the flights and demonstrated the abilities required, we’ll sign you off for free.

Enrollment Policy
  • Lessons must be paid in advance (check, M/C or Visa).
  • All lesson and tandem sales are final, no cash refunds.
  • Lesson packages must be used within one year of purchase date.
  • Lessons and tandem flights are by reservation only.
  • Payment must be received to confirm a reservation.
  • Lessons may be cancelled with no penalty with 24 or more hours' notice.
  • All students will be required to sign a release of liability prior to taking a course or flying tandem.
  • There will be no charge for lessons cancelled due to inclement weather.
  • Partial lessons due to wind or weather will be prorated accordingly.
  • Participants must be in reasonable physical condition.
  • Maximum tandem student weight is 240 lbs. (weight limit may be raised only at the discretion of the tandem instructor).
  • Absolutely no smoking or dogs allowed on the training hill.
